Council approves sewer agreements and comprehensive plan

PA MAYFIELD — Mayfield Borough Council unanimously approved sewer agreements and a regional development plan March 11. Council President Diana Campbell presided as the Council voted to adopt the 2026 Northern Lackawanna Multi-Municipal Comprehensive Plan and to approve an Intermunicipal Sewer Service Agreement and Sewer Pass-Through Agreement with Jermyn and Archbald Boroughs. In other business, the Council reappointed Engineer KBA and Solicitor Owen M.
Coleman and authorized spending up to $400 for proper storage of borough records.
