PA MAYFIELD — Mayfield Borough Council reorganized and elected Jennifer Rossi as its Council President. The reorganization followed the September 9 resignation of Diana Campbell; Wendy Bochnovich, who called the meeting, was elected Vice President, and Tiffany Smith was elected President Pro Tempore. Council appointed Mark Mulvey to the vacant seat by Resolution 2026-20 and pursued three Monroe County LSA grant applications with $100 application fees each for upgrades to the Emergency Services Center, a DPW trailer, and garage completion.
Mayor Alexander Chelik announced he would veto three zoning ordinances, prompting Solicitor Robert Sheils to schedule a special override meeting for September 21, 2026.
