PA MAYFIELD — Planning Commission approves Mayfield solar farm project. Member Chelik moved, seconded by Member Jaskowiec, to approve Solar Star 1, LLC's application for a 45.6-acre facility at 603 Scranton Carbondale Highway in the C-2 Zone, pending an NPDES permit. The project met borough requirements under Subdivision, Land Development, and Solar Ordinance 20-24-2.
The commission also voted on a motion by Member Perry to recommend that Council advertise a 45-day review period for a revised NORLACK ordinance.
