PA MAYFIELD — Mayfield Planning Commission approves subdivision, orders solar sound study. The May 6 meeting approved lot-line changes for the Piwowarski subdivision and forwarded the revised plan to council for approval, with Mr. Chelik moving and Mr.
Baldan seconding both motions. Engineer Chad Lello presented responses to Lackawanna County Regional Planning Commission and KBA comments on the Mayfield Solar Project, with the commission authorizing KBA to conduct a sound study. The commission also assigned 904 Chestnut Street as the address for a new house by Barbara Karnafel, while continuing its NORLACK zoning ordinance review with county planning representatives.
